What to expect after you complete online registration:

Our automated system will immediately send you emails: 1st to verify that our system received your order, and a 2nd to verify that your payment was received. Next, we review your registration order in our office and we will send a confirmation email with a copy of your invoice receipt in most cases within 24 hours or less of receipt of payment.  If we need more information, we will call and or email prior to confirming.

Hotel and travel details: The confirmation email you receive from our office will contain a detailed flyer/travel information link.  Upon receipt of the confirmation and invoice receipt email, click on the link in the email to download our file containing:

• Program Hotel Site contact information to register for a room, and other hotels in the area
• Airports, airport shuttles, train, and taxi information
• Google maps to local restaurants shopping
• Connecticut casino information

PICC Resource is going green!  A link to our Class Handouts/ Manual will be emailed within 1 to 2 weeks of the class date for program participants who have completed registration for the class.  

NOTE: Be sure to include the best email address to contact you to receive the handouts, and registration verification emails.  If you do not have access to the internet to download the handouts from the links we provide, contact us at: (203) 377-5252 to request printed handouts/ manual on the day of the class.
