June 24, 2012: PICC and Midline Insertion, Session 2. Training in PICC insertion using advanced techniques including ultrasound and MST, and includes guidelines, preparation, compications. 8 hour class length held at the Homewood Suites Hotel, 6905 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06614.
Required Prerequisite: Complete the PICC Resource- PICC and Midline Insertion (Session 1, Basics), prior to taking this session OR you must have recent experience in basic PICC insertion procedures. Partial credit can be awarded for attending one full session and meeting prerequisites. Registration for attendance to one session only is subject to review and must be pre-approved by PICC Resource management, contact us for details.
What to expect after you complete online registration:
Upon completion of payment: You will be directed to a page that contains a download link to our file that contains details on the class, hotel, and travel information. Our system will send copies of the file links and your order invoice receipt to the email address provided within your order, and we may need to call if there are any issues with the order.
Our automated system will immediately send you emails: 1st to verify that our system received your order, and next after we review your registration order in our office you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your invoice receipt and a link to our flyer-travel details file. The file link is in pdf format, you will need a pdf reader program to view the files.
