5 1/2 hours total held within two sessions on a 2 disc set. Session 1 and the beginning of session 2 include the course lecture and slide presentation. The remainder of session 2 contains a virtual lab practicum done in video clips. In addition to the 2 sessions, a post test is included that can be taken at any point during the enrollment period following viewing of the 2 sessions. This course is a contnuing education program designed for nurses and other health care professionals who are allowed to draw blood for test samples as part of their current profesion. The course content well covers common phlebotomy procedural knowledge needed to perform blood sampling within nursing units, clinics, physician offices, and out patient settings outside of the lab setting.
