 Product Description

Annual application fee to renew the certificate for the IV Insertion Certification Validation Program.   Choose this option to download the application.  Application fees are non-refundable.  As part of the application renewal, a total of 10 recertification credits are required in education programs related to IV Therapy/Vascular Access. 

For the 2015 renewal period, we have provided articles, guidelines, and position papers to review that grant the 10 required credits at no additional charge to candidates.  Credit for reviewing these programs is earned via our online classes site.  To receive credit, the material provided is reviewed by candidates along with completion of post tests on the article/paper topics on our online classes site.  Detailed instructions on access and renewal by this method are provided upon completion of this order via a download of the instruction file.  The forms are in PDF format.

Alternate education: Other national organization continuing education certificates for IV therapy/vascular access education that grant ANCC contact hours or continuing medical education credits may be accepted for partial or full credit for this program.  See our 2015 letter (part of download provided), or contact us (see our contact info below) for other acceptable program credits. Programs from organizations not on the 2015 list are not guaranteed acceptance for credit.

What to expect after completing your order:

Immediate download file access: You will receive an email containing a download link to download one PDF file containing: the program application form and instructions to access our online class site to review the files and complete the post tests for program renewal. You will need a PDF reader program to view the files.  Adobe's Adobe Reader program is free and can be downloaded from: http://www.adobe.com

Emails sent by our automated system: You will receive a few emails within moments of completion of this order- 1st to verify that we received your order, and 2nd you an automated confirmation email from our system with a copy of your invoice receipt and the download link to the application file and instuction letter. Next our office staff will set up your enrollment and access to our online class site. If there is a problem with the order/ application or we need more information, we will contact you.
